Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to our team at Essencia Salon and Spa. We reserve your appointments especially for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We understand, of course, that unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. However, if last minute cancelations or no-shows become a habit you will be charged a cancelation fee. Less than a 24-hour notice, or a no-show, will result in a 50% charge of your reserved appointment. As a courtesy we do call and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and are only able to leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment’s date and time in order to avoid missed appointments. You’re always welcome to call and double check any appointments at any given time. This cancelation policy gives us the time to notify any of our clients on a waiting list that there are earlier appointments available. Again, your appointment is reserved for you and only you.
